Technical Specialist Application

Job Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s/College Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Assertive and willing to be trained
  • Can work well with a team of technicians and other teams
  • Have strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Customer-oriented and with good communication skills
  • Organized, keen in following procedures, instructions and can multi task.
  • Willing to work on a 24/7 support (shifting, weekend and holiday schedules)
  • Willing to travel and work both on field and in the office.
  • The following background/skills are an advantage:
    • POS background
    • Customer support and service
    • Software testing and troubleshooting
    • Hardware troubleshooting
    • Basic Network Knowledge
  • Preferably with programming background and SQL/MySQL
  • Amenable to work in Muñoz, Quezon City
