1. Is the Condor POS accredited by the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR)?
Yes, Condor POS systems are accredited by the BIR. They also offer free assistance in obtaining the necessary permits for using the POS machine as required by the Bureau of Internal Revenue.
2. What is the duration of the warranty for the product?
The warranty period for Regular POS Packages is six (6) months, while Kiosk POS Packages have a three (3) month warranty. Hardware comes with a one (1) year depot warranty, starting from the date of delivery.
3. Can I have the POS system installed on the weekend?
Yes, onsite installations can be scheduled on weekends, subject to approval and may incur an additional charge. Regular installations are conducted only during Condor’s business hours, which are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM.
4. What support services does Condor provide for their POS systems?
Condor provides unlimited phone and remote support from 8 AM to 12 AM, holiday and emergency onsite assistance, ticketing system, free mall program accreditation, and assistance with mall hookup. They also offer a maintenance agreement for software with warranty period, extended support hours, and equipment loaners.
5. What are the warranty exclusions for Condor’s hardware and software?
Condor’s software and hardware are covered by warranty exclusions, which include tampering, misuse, installation of unlicensed or virus-infected applications, unauthorized repairs, exposure to unfavorable conditions, neglect of electrical issues, and damage due to natural calamities, which can lead to data corruption or crashes.
6 What are the conditions for order cancellation and the associated fees?
Order cancellations prior to delivery incur a 30% cancellation fee, covering lost sales opportunities, resource allocation, and system preparations, regardless of the reason for cancellation. This fee is applicable regardless of the total POS package.
