  • Free Demo Requests:
    • When you request a free demo of our products or services, we collect the following information:

  • Employment Applications:

Our servers are located in Quezon City, Philippines, we also have technical support from Condor Solutions Ltd., Alberta, Canada. Internal control measures are in place to limit access to your data to authorized personnel only.

How Long Do We Retain Your Data?

  • Personal and employment information will be retained as long as Condor POS Solutions operates. Inactive files will be stored separately from active files.
  • Client information will be stored for a minimum of 15 years after the transaction is completed. Once no longer needed, personal data will be permanently destroyed or anonymized.

  • Access your personal data in an easy-to-read format.
  • Request correction or deletion of inaccurate or outdated personal data.
